Home Sweet Home!

Idaho is my home now, but Virginia will always be home to me too. I had the opportunity to visit there for Spring Break with Donevan and all the kids. It was so wonderful. We had such a fun time. We went to celebrate my amazing father's 70th birthday.

I love visiting home. The smells, the streets, the restaurants, the traffic, the malls, the schools, the friends, and family....they all bring back memories of my childhood. I had an amazing childhood....not a care in the world as the youngest child of 5. I was everyones little sister and a daddy's girl for sure! I feel lucky to have lived in the same house my entire childhood until the day I left for college. And I feel lucky to be able to return to that same home when I get to visit my parents now. There are so many memories and fun times within the walls of that home and they all come flooding back everytime I enter it.

Now, returning with 5 children of my own into the home I grew up in means the world to me. I love that my own children are able to have a glimpse of my childhood! I hope I can make theirs as wonderful as my own!!!

Soooo much fun! We loved seeing all the pictures you posted. We wish you guys lived closer, but we'll just have to party when we DO see you. I'm already getting questions about when we're going to see your kids again. My favorite question is "Why is Uncle Donevan so funny?"

Your Crowley relatives in VA really enjoyed seeing you too. Can't wait for you to come again!

Awwww! I miss Virginia! I'm glad you got to go back and be with your family. Do you ever wonder if your kids will live in the same house their ENTIRE life. Things are so much different back there. Once you can afford a house, you do everything you can to stay there forever.

Love your feelings about home and your childhood. I KNOW that you are creating those same feelings with your 5 children.
